WHAT IS YOUR Shipping and delivery POLICY?

All USA orders over $100 qualify for free standard ground shipping. This offer is valid only for shipments within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Rates depend on your location, order, and method of delivery. Orders are generally shipped out between 2-3 business days of your receipt via UPS and USPS.


What is your return policy?

You may return any minimally used product within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@liliway.com with a description of the problem. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.


What payment types do you accept?

For all online transactions, we accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).


What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

When your liliway.com order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@liliway.nyc. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
